You'd be surprised how hard it is to find those 1950 panties. No color please, just the white. In the summer I wear white slacks a lot! But those 1950 jobs stay where they are supposed to stay and don't wander into regions where it is uncomfortable and unsanitary. I am not an economist of great fame and notoriety but I've been a professional panty launderer for more than 50 yrs.

Hey Deb I like those 50s step-ins! Do they come in white and are they made in the USA of good ole American cotton? I can see how they might work better with the jeans that the waistband fits slightly below the waist. Ladies just don't need to let their drawers show. but the sites don't seem to indicate for sure whether their products are imported. You might also be interested in the "high cut" (aka, french cut) leg style. And beige under white slacks -- a quirky something that an old aunt of mine insisted looked better.

I may have told you guys that I had bilateral eye surgery yesterday. Levator muscles damaged by arthritis and eyelid surgery to remove excess damaged upper eyelid tissue. Looking in the mirror I look like a character from Nip/Tuck ! I do know my husband won't look at me directly except to apply antibiotic ointment to the surgical sites 4 X daily. To make a long story even longer, DW. That clip was a sight for sore eyes! And to Foiled Goil for her helpful info. I do like the high-cut briefs, they leave less of a panty-line. And beige, why didn't I think of that?
